High temperature one-part silicon carbide adhesive. Perfect for crucibles, heaters and sagger plates. Bonds and seals ceramics to ceramics in applications up to 3000°F (1649°C).

Ceramabond 890 exhibits a dielectric strength of 73 volts per mil, torque strength of 40 ft-lbs, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 2.4 in/in/°F.

The product must be step cured at 200°F (93°C), 500°F (260°C), and 700°F (371°C) for 2 hours at each temperature. Environmentally safe, non-flammable. Contains no volatile organic compounds.
